As part of our ambition to become the No.1 NetSuite Solution Provider in the EU, we are seeking a versatile Sales Development Representative who combines data-driven sales strategies with strong pre-sales acumen to enhance customer engagement. This role is essential in leveraging market analytics to run outbound marketing campaigns, with the purpose of identifying key opportunities, performing tailored product demonstrations, and kickstart the sales process.
Novutech is looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, the job will be:

Purpose of the role, key deliverables, responsibilities**:
- The Analyst collaborates and assists team members to help clients on aligning their business processes & IT needs/tasks with NetSuite's capabilities for optimal efficiency (with limited autonomy & little direct customer communication).
- She/he configures basic to medium NetSuite configurations & customization to meet specific customer needs with the help/supervision of experienced and/or technical colleagues.
- She/he is involved in the process of monitoring (by testing and validating) and correcting simple to medium problems in the functional NetSuite domain.
- She/he maintains & documents work on processes, configuration or customization, including initial requirements, basic process flows, and simple configuration setups, for internal stakeholders.
- She/he contributes to internal improvements thanks to his/her ideas and his/her entrepreneurial spirit via OKR.
- She/he focuses on support & administration within NetSuite projects with limited autonomy level.
- She/he develop her/his knowledge, provides support to more experienced colleagues and executes requested tasks and projects.
**Your qualifications**:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or IT.
- University Graduate and/or Relevant experience which could be utilized within ERP / IT Implementation field (Accounting, Finance, Analytical, Sales, Operational, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and written. Good knowledge of French is a strong plus. Dutch or German are also beneficial.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
