**About the position**

As an Sr Specialist, Employer Branding you will be working in a team of Recruiters and Coordinators based both in Europe and U.S.

This newly created global role at Showpad will be responsible for improving our Employer Brand, which should result in attracting the right talent faster. We finished our EVP last fiscal year and our next step is to bring this to life in many ways.

This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities for a Sr Specialist, Employer Branding at Showpad**
- Oversee all employer branding channels, including but not limited to the careers website, Linkedin pages, Glassdoor, BuiltIn and local job boards in different countries
- Create the Global Employer Branding strategy based on our EVP with a "think global, act local" mindset
- Drive global and local recruiting campaigns for niche roles, including creating the content for these campaigns
- Plan, establish and oversee the company's social media presence in collaboration with our product-focused marketing team
- Interact daily with the recruiters and analyse the needs of the business in order to prioritize and stay within the Employer Branding budget
- Decide on Employer Branding metrics, track the necessary data and report back to the leadership team. Make data-driven decisions on a daily basis.
- Analyse the current global and local employer branding platforms Showpad uses, install additional platforms based on the metrics.
- Commit to continuous learning and innovation

**Required Skills for a Sr Specialist, Employer Branding at Showpad**
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and marketing with the ability to sell a company as an employer of choice to prospective employees
- Extensive knowledge of social media and innovative marketing strategies
- Experience in establishing creative recruiting campaigns under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work independently
- A metric driven approach and passion for showing value to the business through data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an approachable and professional style
- A growth mindset and the ability to create structure
