**Logistics at full potential**

In this position, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as computer and data entry, warehouse administration and other departmental activities for which requests come in. You will be working in a dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity of taking part of this new and exciting project every day

**What you do on a typical day**
- Preparation of periodic and ad hoc customer information (service levels, volumes, etc.)
- Follow up and check various logistics documents
- Responsible for personnel administration (entering job cards, drawing up and sending interim performance reports)
- Follow up pallet administration (entering pallet receipts)
- Responsible for the repacking follow-up
- Preparation and timely delivery of internal reports (periodic and ad hoc)
- Participating in and supporting various (improvement) projects
- Responsible for the reception (by phone & physically)
- Handle questions and comments from customers and suppliers adequately and in a customer-friendly manner
- Smooth and constructive cooperation with the internal departments by, among other things, providing them with the necessary information in a timely manner
- Develop, update and improve procedures

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Minimum level of education: MBO administration, finance or a related field
- Minimum work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar position
- You can speak English and Dutch fluently
- You are intrinsically motivated, resilient and able to do a good job in a challenging environment
- You are able to work in a diverse and international working environment
- You are keen to deliver high-quality work and have a professional, critical attitude and a straight back
- You have excellent financial knowledge and skills
- You have broad technical knowledge and are willing to keep developing yourself
- You are able to monitor the quality of service to clients (internal and external) and keep it at a high level
- You have a stable personality and can communicate convincingly
