**Your job?**
- You serve as the liaison between developers and customers, taking responsibility for a thorough analysis of customer needs and translating them into business requirements and functional specifications.
- After collecting accurate information, you conduct functional analyses, presenting concrete solutions that meet the demands of internal or external customers.
- You create wireframes and write user stories.
- Drafting acceptance criteria for developed user stories is also a key part of your role.
- Throughout your job, you maintain regular contact with internal and external customers, as well as with colleagues, including architects, project managers and developers.

**Desired skills**:

- We are primarily seeking an individual with an analytical mind, someone who can work in a structured manner and possesses a good overview.
- Ideally, our new colleague holds a master's degree (in IT, Business Engineering), but experience is equally important.
- Strong communication skills are preferred, given the frequent internal and external interactions.
- Familiarity with terms like Confluence, Agile, Scrum, BPMN, Jira, DevOps, is crucial.
- You thrive on taking responsibility, are flexible and demonstrate a sense of initiative.
- Since our interactions are often international, proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch will also come in handy for casual conversations with colleagues.
