Jij ondersteunt het supply chain team en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de aan jouw toegewezen klanten:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end flow van het klantenorder. Hierbij sta je in voor de order-entry, stock controles, follow-up van verladingen,
Je ondersteunt bij de productie forecasting en zorgt hierbij voor een correctie input & opvolging
Je werkt nauw samen met de logistieke afdeling
Je staat in voor de behandeling en klachten gerelateerd aan het order
Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van klantenafspraken
Profiel
Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een bedrijfseconomische richting of hebt al enkele jaren relevante werkervaring (bij voorkeur in een prodcutie-omgeving)
Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en ben pragmatisch ingesteld
Je bent volhardend, kan werken met korte deadlines en bent stressbestendig
Je pikt snel dingen op en zelfstandig werken schrikt je niet af
Je bent een teamplayer en beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit
Je werkt vlot met MS office, kennis van Navision is een pluspunt
Je communiceert vlot, zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus

Uurrooster: je werkt voltijds (4/5de is bespreekbaar) en uren zijn van 8u30-17u.
Je werkt in een arbeidsduursysteem van 39/38 en bouwt dus 6 ADV dagen op.
