**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**
Share your knowledge by demonstrating the possibilities, explaining the functionality, training users, customizing systems and advising customers / end-users on the most optimal configuration. In this technical but commercially aware environment, you will contribute indirectly to the service revenues and sales results by advising and promoting at site.

**You are responsible for**
- Promoting "Philips Healthcare Product & Services" during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows;
- Working as part of an account team to ensure modality results are reached according to account plans and targets;
- Supporting new products launches;
- (re-)Training hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment;
- Ensuring that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from PH;
- Involving customers in the clinical education-program;
- Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction;
- Reporting to PH on difficulties in optimal usage of the solution;
- Being aware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office
- Supporting and advising the sales force during acquisition;
- Keeping up to date with new (workflow) developments in the clinical environment of the hospital, like Early Warning Scores.

**You are a part of**
You will enter a team of passionate and driven professionals in the Philips Healthcare Market Benelux organization and you will report to the Business Marketing & Sales Leader Connected Care. You will cover the regions of Wallonia and Brussels.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor degree in relevant medical field.
- 3 - 5 years’ of relevant professional experience and up-to-date knowledge on operational level of all features of the equipment.
- Experience in clinical field.
- Experience as an ICU- or CCU-nurse is highly recommended.
- Fluent in French and English, verbal and written.
- Good in-depth knowledge of the system architecture and used technology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible in work hours.
- Be able to organize special trainings and to manage the customer to follow the training, and able to design specific training programs for operators.
- Continuous drive for optimization and coming up with alternatives for better performance.
