To reinforce our **Corporate Risk-QHSSE-IT Services** department, Parkwind is looking for a **Document Controller**
**Your role**:
- Create and manage Document Control procedures, contractual documents and templates that are easily traceable, transparent, and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain the document management system (site structure, security and access rights).
- Quality assurance of Project documentation, e.g. tender documents, contracts,
- Identify needs for improvement and assist in its implementation.
- File documents in digital records.
- Manage mail registers and master document registers.
- Follow up on review cycles and document transmittals and provide clear overview reports to the Project team.
**P**rofile**:
- At least 1 year experience as a Document Controller
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power BI is highly recommended
- Able to work independently, with a problem-solving attitude
- At the same time acting as a team player
- Driven, pragmatic and solution-oriented person
- A strong focus on organizing and structuring your work
- Able to manage own workload, set priorities and meet demanding timescales
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus
