Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills?
- You hold a Master degree and have 1 to 2 years of experience in either financial consulting and/or as a controller or business analyst within the Finance Function or a corporate environment;
- You have thorough experience in: Finance strategy and transformation (shared services, smart sourcing, target finance operation model,);
- Finance process optimization and digitalization;
- Experience of operational excellence and business process improvement methods;
- You have proven commercial experience and are able to mobilize and expand your own network and to translate customer needs into concrete substantive and commercial proposals;
- You have a strong analytical mind, organizing talent, are result driven & out-of-the-box thinker and you are a good communicator;
- You are strongly interested in digitization and automation of finance processes;
- You attach great importance to delivering high quality work, have a professional critical attitude and a straightened back;
- You are stress resistant, flexible, client and service minded and can work in teams.

- Driven professional with a strong personality and the willingness to grow;
- Willing to dive into the wonderful world of FP&A, Connected Planning and Anaplan;
- Communicative, both towards clients as colleagues, in a professional manner;

Wat doe je als Junior Anaplan Consultant?

As an entrepreneurial challenger, you give advice to your clients and build and develop relationships with your clients. You will be in contact with the client right from the start and you will work on concrete solutions to help our clients transform and move forward. You work closely together with colleagues and other specialists within the group who realize an integrated transformation. Together, added value is delivered to your clients.
- Specifically _:

- Participating in the development of finance strategies, roadmaps and business cases;
- Understanding and evaluating finance processes, enabling to successfully identify improvement and/or automation areas and translating business automation needs into clear requirements for automation purposes;
- Identifying new opportunities at existing clients;
- Managing engagements;
- Providing support in internal product & service development, proposals and further research.
