**What You’ll Do**

As a finance trainee, you’ll dive into the world of tax and accounting software by rotating within three departments. With one of them in the Netherlands And this is what you’ll discover along the way:

- Software development: Collaborate with product teams to understand and influence the development of tools that streamline tax and accounting processes.
- Client engagement: Work closely with clients to customize solutions that meet their unique financial needs, making finance more accessible and efficient.
- Process optimization: Help refine internal processes to ensure software solutions stay ahead of the curve and deliver maximum value.

Each rotation offers a new challenge, whether it’s improving user experience, contributing to product strategy, or helping clients implement solutions that transform their financial operations.

**Who we’re looking for**
- A master in economics, law, accounting or taxation with max 3 years of experience.
- Fluent Dutch & English.
- An affinity for finance and a curiosity on how technology can take it to the next level.
- You love digging into data and figuring out how things work, especially when it comes to solving complex financial problems.
- You take initiative and inspire others to embrace change, and have the courage to lead.
