**Function**

The Logistics Agent is responsible for managing the local stock of devices in our warehouse in Belgium, and for sending/receiving our devices to/from the different events where we work in Belgium and abroad. As a Logistic Agent you will work closely with our team of Project Managers to ensure that they have all the gear they need for their productions. You will assist them as well in the management of the crew working in our events.
As our main warehouse is located in Paris, you will report directly to the Head of Logistics in Paris. You will be in charge of organising and managing the local branch of the warehouse, making sure that the same quality standards and procedures of the company are applied. This is an exciting position as you will have the chance of structuring the local warehouse from scratch, setting the base for its further growth.

**Main tasks**

- Preparing orders submitted by Project Managers
- Organising pickups and returns of parcels by DHL/UPS or local transport companies
- Packaging equipments in the most suitable cases
- Printing Shipping Vouchers
- Managing Consumables stock’s level
- Cases
- Labels
- Office supplies
- Ensuring the cleanliness and the proper functioning of all devices
- Cleaning of every device returning to the office
- Cleaning the box/cases returning from events
- Making sure every device is properly charged before sending out to an event
- Installing and updating devices’ operating software before sending out to event
- Participating to the database updates
- Correctly following processes for returning devices on our CRM
- Labelling devices and suitcases that have lost their QR code
- Ensuring the cleanliness of his working space
- Tearing used boxes
- Tidying the warehouse room
- Managing the crew
- Assisting the Project Managers and the Head of Operations in the selection and training of the crew
- Assisting the Project Managers in the search of crew for last-minute events
- Supervising the distribution of the crew on our events

**Profile**

- Customer service and professionalism_: You deal with every request with efficiency and professionalism to ensure that deadlines from other departments are respected. Task management is compulsory for this position as delays may considerably affect the company’s efficiency.
- Problem solving, quality control and priority assessment_: You assess the current practises and processes, quickly recognize areas or potential points of conflict and initiate the means to improve the company's current methods, the quality of the equipment and the service provided to customers.
- Performing general physical activities_: You will be required to carry out handling and deliveries if the situation requires it.
- Analytical skills_: You must use logic and reasoning to identify solutions and alternatives to succeed in many situations. You have a natural interest in IT and easily find your way on the internet and with different tools.
- Flexibility_: You must be able to work overtime when needed and be a team player to reduce the workload of other colleagues.
- Languages_: For this role you will be speaking with the teams both in Paris and in Antwerp, so at least an intermediate level of both Dutch and French is required.
