**NEO2 is a process industry and infrastructure consulting firm. **Since 2008, the company has expanded exponentially, opening 9 offices in France and abroad and becoming a reference in the market for industrial players. Today, we continue to cultivate a team spirit and a taste for challenge.

**We employ over 500 people and work with 150 clients **in the energy, environment, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agro-industry, IT, construction and other sectors.

**Our mission? **Our mission is to ensure the success of our clients' projects by deploying our consultant engineers.

After a successful initial development phase, we continue to consolidate our position as a key actor in the market. **With this in mind, we are opening new offices in Brussels and are looking for a Human Ressources Partners.**

**THE MISSIONS**

At NEO2, Human Resources Partners (M/F) work closely in collaboration with the business managers.

**Your tasks**:

- Management of job postings on various job boards (Indeed, Linkedin, Jobteaser, etc.).
- Prequalification and interviews in person or via teams.
- Preparation and presentation of contracts.

**Cross-functional HR projects**: you may occasionally be involved in various projects related to employer branding (job fairs, forums, after-work events, establishing partnerships with schools, etc.).

As a Human Resources Partner, you will play a key role in the development of NEO2 Belgium. As a result, your goal and your tasks will evolve with our growth.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**

You have completed 5 years of university education. **you already have some experience in recruitment, and if possible in recruiting engineers.**

You are curious, proactive, and comfortable with oral communication. You have a hunter's temperament and thrive on being efficient.

**Fluent in English, you are fully proficient in French or in Dutch.**
