Until to-day, more than 2 billion PET bottles have been re-used to pro-duce ArmaForm ® products. Instead of a service life of just weeks, our PET foam cores endure several decades
To support our growth, we are actively looking for a Customer Service Specialist (FR-ENG)
(Location: B-4860 Thimister-Clermont)
Main tasks
- Order to cash Process all types of customer orders from order reception to shipments, including follow-up of overdue-invoices within defined area and in close collaboration with Sales Manager
- Direct & permanent contact with production and planning to get ship-date confirmed. Support and coordinate transport process with LOGISTICS for forwarder and freight costs decisions as well as Export shipments
- Issue to resolutionHelp and resolve (internal/ external) customer issues and complaints offering an appropriate resolution that satisfies the customer and/or collect all relevant information and relay it to the appropriate contact
- Active Sales Support Update product knowledge to advise technical support to rise overall turnover. Generate and handle sales leads according to level competency and in close collaboration with Sales Manager.
- Provide back-up within the Supply Chain Team during absences and holidays.
**Profile**:
- Minimum 2 years profesionnal experience in a similar function & international environment
- Fluent in French & English
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) among a cross cultural global team
- Team spirit
- Capacity to take initiatives and being proactive
- Business & collaborative minds with internal departments & externals
- Drive continuous improvement
- IT literate (Outlook, Sales Force, Silicon Brain/ SAP)
