Siop Planner

**Function**

As SIOP planner, you will work closely with several departments within Doosan Industrial Vehicle: Sales, Inventory, Customer Service Team, Operations, Production, Product Management & Marketing.

The main objective is to develop demand forecasts at multiple levels as part of the overall SIOP process.
- **Demand planning**:

- Prepare and coordinate forecasting calls with the sales branches in the EMEA region
- Order forecasting based on market information and historical data
- Create and submit the Demand Plan to Korea HQ for the supply planning

- **Fulfilment & Allocation**:

- Analyze the market and propose allocations to regions and dealers
- Coordinate the prioritization of sales orders and report to Production Team, based on information received from Customer Service and Sales
- Follow up when back-orders will be shipped
- **AOP / LRP**:

- Prepare volume estimations based on different inputs (industry, actual performance, new model introduction,)
- **Analyse Business processes**:

- See to it that all processes in the organization are in sync with each other
- Follow up the order to invoice process
- In case of issues, involve other departments (eg. Quality issues)
- Help to build out the strategic vision of the company

**Profile**:

- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Sciences / Business Management / Economics / Logistics or Supply Chain Management and have affinity for technical products.
- You have a good understanding of the supply chain process; experience in a supply chain function or as planner are required.
- You are able to work independently and take initiative.
- Your English and Dutch are both very good both written as well as Every other language is a plus. Knowledge of Korean is an asset.
- You are analytical and capable of interpreting large numbers of data. You understand the market and are able to create realistic forecasts.
- You are willing to travel short periods a few times a year.
- You are computer literate - your knowledge of excel and PowerPoint is masterful.
- Knowledge of an ERP system is required (preferably SAP).
