**Function**:
**Your Mission**:
Join us as a Scrum Master and lead the charge in driving agile transformation across our organization. As a Scrum Master, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your role is instrumental in empowering our teams to deliver exceptional results with agility and efficiency.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate ceremonies and maintain momentum for seamless project execution.
- Empower teams to make autonomous decisions and foster a culture of collective intelligence.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and removing obstacles.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for innovation and problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
- Lead the charge in refining product backlogs and optimizing user story understanding.
- Champion the adoption of agile best practices and drive multi-backlog projects towards success.

**Profile**:
**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of coordination experience with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about bringing people together and aligning them towards common goals.
- Skilled in facilitation and adept at driving change in fast-paced
- Transparent, coaching-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and growth.

Proficient in IT processes and tools like Jira, with Scrum Master certification a plus.
