As our next **Business Support Specialist**, you will be responsible for ensuring tender legal compliance for private & public contracts in Belgium, working closely with legal and sales departments.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Perform tender admin & coordination activities, drafting documentation & quotations and checking formatting, completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Work closely with internal Product Specialist, Sales & Legal teams.
- Analyze tenders & sales data, creating dashboards, files, and templates according to local needs.
- Liaise with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice.
- Monitor price dynamics, identify price discrepancies, and communicate effectively with Contracts and Orders colleagues to resolve issues.
- Follow up on third-party products, check customer consumption and payments, and support sales on approval processes with procurement and finance departments.
- Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit Agilent customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, and customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.
- Work on customer service assignments with broadly defined objectives.

This position is based in our offices in **Brussels** (Diegem), where partial remote work would be an option (up to 2 days a week).

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a motivated individual with great communication skills and the following:

- ** University degree**, ideally in a legal or business field.
- ** At least a first experience** in **business support**, **administration**, or **sales**.
- Previous experience with tenders would be a great asset.
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** tools.
- Proficiency in **Flemish**, **French**, and **English**.
- Knowledge of / experience with analysis/reporting tools would be an advantage.

On a personal level, you are **proactive**, **autonomous**, and a **team player**. You also have **great communication skills** to interact with many internal and external partners. You show **problem-solving skills** and have the **ability to make quick decisions**.
