Hub Coordinator Petersime Southeast Asia

For our further expansion of the Asian Pacific market, we are currently looking for a Hub Coordinator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You report to the CCO of Petersime in Belgium.

**Description**:
As coordinator of the business hub, you are responsible for:

- General management of all back-office activities of the hub: legal practice, logistics, human resources, IT and finance administration. You are the main contact person and bridge between the business hub and the Petersime headquarters in Belgium.
- Financial reporting to the headquarters in Belgium, payroll administration, tax regulation, recruitment of new employees, with assistance of the financial/administrative officer
- Office management for a growing number of employees active in Finance & Administration, Customer service, Pre-Sales and Post-sales Engineering
- Promoting a motivational, comfortable working environment and entrepreneurial customer-driven team spirit
- Management of stock levels and service levels of the third-party logístical warehouse, assuring spare part deliveries for all of Southeast Asia
- Feasibility studies and possible implementation of potential strategic or structural developments (ERP system, local sourcing or production, new regional center, )

**Profile**:

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Accounting or Logistics, with good affinity for technology and strong interpersonal skills.
- You have at least 5 years of working experience in general management and leading a team.
- You work in an autonomous way and like to work accurately. You have analytical skills, a customer-oriented attitude and a hands-on mentality.
- Your fluent communication skills stimulate cooperation and discussion within the office and abroad.
- You communicate fluently in English.
- You are prepared to travel 20% of the time.
