Webmaster & Ecommerce Operations Specialist

The Ecommerce operations specialist is responsible of promotions’ mechanics setup for both global and local campaigns to drive sales and customer satisfaction within all digital touchpoints. It is responsible of the configuration in time and quality of the campaigns, landing Pages and overall Customer Journeys’ content, in a consistent and relevant manner across all touchpoints and in alignment with the performance marketing activities.
- Relevant degree with Web knowledge and experience
- Organizational skills in an commercial environment
- Bachelor or first experiences in digital & ecommerce activites, including Content
- HTML experience across multiple CMS, CSS, Javascript - mandatory - Management Systems, eMerchandizing, product lifecycle management
- Deliver web-ready marketing materials based on predefined specifications & creatives
- Well structured, accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Accuracy and reliability
