Our founders Maarten and Dimitri started Loop back with a big idea. And a chronic ringing in their ears. Since then, we've helped more than 3,500,000 customers around the world to find quiet, enjoy great experiences and keep unwanted noise at bay.
In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people. And that's a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.
Our headquarters are based in Antwerp, but with hubs in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and New York, we're dotted all over the globe.
Not to brag about it, but we've recently won the EY Scale up of the year award, the Deloitte Fast50 award (for the second year in a row) and a couple of other amazing (international) prices. **What is the team challenge?**

We're in search of a team player to navigate this evolution alongside us. As a result, hiring is a priority and we need more strategic partners for department heads, intricately involved in adapting to the ever-shifting needs of our expanding team. Your role is pivotal: to source and secure top-tier talent in a landscape that's continually transforming. This challenge isn't about hype; it's about embracing the complexity of growth, collaborating with leaders, and ensuring our team remains robust amidst change. **Your responsibilities**:
**Strategic Business Partnering**:
Core to this role is your ability to collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand Loops organizational needs and align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, talent landscape, and competitive intelligence to inform talent acquisition plans.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**:
You will leverage data and analytics to track and measure recruitment performance, providing insights to optimize processes and enhance overall talent acquisition effectiveness. Using our ATS and CRM you will analyse key metrics to assess the success of recruitment initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Partnership with Stakeholders**:
Through our established headcount management process, you will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams (such as Finance and People Business Partnering), serving as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, talent gaps, and succession planning. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to understand departmental goals and challenges, tailoring talent acquisition strategies to meet specific business unit needs.
**Continuous Learning and Industry Insight**:
With Loops commitment to learning and development it is expected that you will stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. As well as continuously enhance personal and team skills through professional development, networking, and participation in relevant industry events.
**What do we expect from you?**
- You have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience in Talent Acquistion
- You can demonstrate a record of accomplishment of building strategic partnerships with senior level leaders and hiring managers
- You have worked in a Consumer (B2C) company and are familiar with managing a talent brand in the context of a consumer brand
- Speaking of creativity, you also know how to write attractive job descriptions
- You show profound interview skills and can identify A-players and high potential
