**About the role**:
As a Technical Care specialist you are the 2nd line of technical support in the LVD worldwide service network, mainly supporting our subsidiaries and agents with answers, spare parts and service to solve their challenges.

**What we are looking for**:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide remote support to subsidiaries, agents and end-users through digital collaboration tools.
- Fast, accurate analysis of incidents and follow up trough ticketing system.
- Ownership of the assigned tickets, i.e. accountable for chasing solutions from colleagues and regular communication with subsidiaries or agents.
- Suggest FSE intervention and coordinates internally.
- Advise the customer and offers services & spare parts: creates quotations, chases order confirmations, follow-up on deliveries, triggers invoicing.
- Follow up on late spare parts shipments, notify customers and postpone interventions.
- Help subsidiaries to become more independent i.e. process parts, offers and orders.
- Responsible for motivating & ensuring everyone works safely and according to the LVD QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.

**Skills**
- Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical concepts, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, manuals, and other technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, operating systems, networking and CAD/CAM.
- Sense of ownership and responsibility.
