Voor de volgende functie zijn we niet op zoek naar een persoon met één bepaalde solve-it-all skill, maar iemand die het juiste instrument uit zijn gereedschapskist kan kiezen om de taken en problemen op te lossen. Het belangrijkste is dat we op zoek zijn naar iemand met een mix van noodzakelijke technische en samenwerkingsvaardigheden en een gezonde ambitie om eigenaar te worden van een selectie van onze e-commerceprojecten.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt commerce platforms en zorgt ervoor dat de onderliggende back-end infrastructuur en integraties perfect werken.
- Je leidt technische workshops met klanten en bent in staat om eisen te vertalen naar een blauwdruk voor een implementatiefase, inclusief goed gedefinieerde development taken.
- Je beheerst de gangbare software engineering praktijken in een agile omgeving (versiebeheer, continuous delivery, containerisatie, unit testing, enz.).
- Je bent bereid om bij te dragen aan het development team en dit team te begeleiden, resulterend in code van hoge kwaliteit die schoonheid en pragmatisme in evenwicht houdt.
- Als technisch consultant ben je bereid om af en toe naar onze klanten te reizen.
**Core qualifications**:
- Je hebt gedegen kennis van zowel back-end als front-end development, bij voorkeur met op Java en Javascript gebaseerde technologieën.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar professionele ervaring met deze technologieën.
- Kennis van het opzetten van een productieklare infrastructuur vanaf nul.
- Kennis van algemene moderne architectuurconcepten (microservices, REST, ESB, message queues, enz.).
- Kennis van een brede toolset voor succesvolle datatransformaties (XML, XSL, etc.).
**Bonus qualifications**:
- U kunt navigeren door grote cloudservices zoals AWS of Azure.
- Kennis van handelsplatformen, zoals VTEX of commercetools.
- Je houdt ervan om te experimenteren en nieuwe technologieën/frameworks te verkennen.
- Basiservaring in beheer van besturingssystemen (Linux,...).

- Je bent een uitstekende communicator.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en niet bang om vragen te stellen.
- Je bent altijd op zoek naar verbetering en hebt een “get-the-job-done”-mentaliteit.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
