Als Junior Shopper Marketeer Belux ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van het marketingbeleid in het retail kanaal voor de merken Histor en Sigma Coatings. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen sales en brand marketing. Je verzamelt en analyseert gegevens over de shopper en de marktontwikkelingen. Deze inzichten vertaal je door naar (digitale) merkactiviteiten op de winkelvloer en ATL. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijk rol in verschillende strategische groei projecten, met als doelstelling het optimaliseren van de customer journey.

Je bent onderdeel van de afdeling Shopper Marketing en je rapporteert in deze rol aan de Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager. Je werkt multi-disciplinair samen met brandmarketing en je hebt daarnaast een nauwe samenwerking met accountmanagement op grootte accounts zoals Brico en Hubo. Speerpunten in jouw rol zijn categorie plannen, shopper insights, merkactivatie, shopper activatie en trade marketing.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**
- Ontwikkelen en doorvertalen van ATL/digital campagnes in België voor Histor
- Meewerken aan productintroducties
- Ontwikkelen van strategische shopper marketing activaties en instore initiatieven voor het retail-kanaal
- Het maken van strategische categorieplannen waarbij je rekening houdt met: instore, campagnes & promoties
- Het verzamelen en analyseren van data, insights en trends en dit doorvertalen naar kansen in de markt
- Samen met sales bezoek je regelmatig de verschillende retailklanten

**Vereisten**
- Relevante werkervaring bij een A-merk - dit zou ook een stage kunnen zijn (brand management, trade marketing, shopper marketing of category management)
- Analytisch en conceptueel sterk (ervaring met GFK is een plus)
- Vermogen om meerdere projecten met verschillende prioriteiten te managen
- Ondernemend, proactief en gedreven
- Overtuigend, je weet mensen voor je te winnen en niet bang om de leiding te nemen
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Bij voorkeur heb je ook een goede beheersing van de Franse Taal.
