Tax Counsel

For an international company, **LegalUp Talents **is looking for a **Tax Counsel with excellent Dutch** and fluent in English in **Zaventem** or **remote**

**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:
My client is a Belgian international company, specialised in Innovation businesses, with more than 35 people, present in 4 countries (Belgium, France, Spain, and Poland).

The team of scientists, business analysts and tax specialists ensures that the Belgian or international Clients obtain the best results from Innovation Income Deduction.

The Clients are Bel20 companies, large companies or start-up/unicorns active in innovation and R&D from various sectors like pharma, finance, online services, heavy industry, banking, cosmetics, luxury, food, etc.

**FUNCTION**:

- Manage files related to the deduction for innovation income
- Attend Clients meetings
- Advise Clients on restructurings & optimizations
- Calculate to determine the net income from innovation
- Handle cases before the advance ruling service

**SEARCHED PROFILE**:

- Degree in Law or Economics. Tax education is a plus
- Interest in Innovation Income Deduction
- Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of French is a plus
