**Overview**:
Business Analyst with 3+ years in AML, conceptual modelling, and workflow processes. Proficient in MS Office, stakeholder management, and fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify business needs
- Act as interface between the project owner and project management
- Bridge the business needs with IT
- Define and analyse the business model using modelling techniques and methods
- Manage the risk, quality and issues
**Must Have Skills**:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience as Business analyst in AML
- Experience in AML environment (operational experience)
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
