**Role Purpose**:
The Senior Pringles Planning Team Manager coaches his/her team in delivering the best possible service to our customers with the lowest cash/cost impact.
The PPT Manager coordinates the Material Planning, Production planning and Initiatives Planning for the Mechelen and Kutno production facilities and owns the overall Capacity Plan for Pringles for the region.
He/She is a key contributer to the ERP digitalization progression.

**Accountabilities**:

- PPT: Material Planning:ordering till delivery of Materials, with the main goal no downtime because of no materials. SLEA's, Supplier Performance and improvement(SCLT,MSTM)
- PPT:Production Planning:ordering labels,cans and plan in a optimized plan (change overs,Hurt file)+ no downtime.
SLEA's,Supplier performance +improvement.(SCLT,MSTM)
- PPT:Initiatives Planning: support top line(Local initiatives, Commercial initiatives,Product innovation) and bottom line projects (SCR's):100% succesfull launches. he/she is voice for the plants and escalate (ILT,TAM,BIM,E2E)
- COST:Budget Controle and improvement
- AGILITY: Leader of the E2E agility, improve flexibility, responsiveness and speed of our supply chain.
- CAPACITY:Leader of the Capacity plan for Pringles, with goal to increase the yearly capacity for pringles.
- CAPABILITY: Responsible for capability Building of the PPT team (ERP / leadership) (training, PDP's, individual coaching..)
- KWS: Pringles MPS&I leader.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Fluency in English and Flemish, both speaking and writing, as collaboration is the foundation for success in the role
- Knowledge planning; Experience in ERP system SAP - MRP PPDS PE planning tools and processes.
Experience in local market/Operations is a clear plus.
- Strong Leadership skills (PDCA, 4E's, communication, Listening, HPT..), cross-functional collaboration skills and analytical skills are critical to the role.
- Kellogg Work systems & Tools (WPI, VSM, CI and ERP improvement processes is a clear plus.)

**Additional information**:

- Participate actively in safety 7, BOS, golden 6 & PES as part of leaders standard work according to the plant calendar.
- Travel to the different EU site to support and coach them.
