**Challenges we trust you with**

As a Catalog and Product Data Expert - Business Analyst you will report to the Product Management Director and you will be part of the Offer Team composed of Product Managers and Offering Engineers. Your primary mission is to **create, maintain, and monitor the catalog of IBA Industrial**. You'll collaborate with Digital Solutions to implement tools and protocols for the catalog, ensuring user-friendliness for our product team and efficiency for our sales team.

Your responsibilities include:

- **Developing automated processes** for data collection, benchmarking, and sharing.
- Ensuring catalog **data accuracy and alignment with global standards**.
- **Collaborating with operational and commercial teams** to analyze product costing and pricing.
- **Supporting the Product and Sales teams** in building budgetary and detailed quotations.
- **Establishing** and maintaining product performance **KPIs**.

As a next step, you will **consolidate business intelligence** per product and region, **develop a product and competitor database**, establish connections between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and **prepare data analyses for strategic and roadmap exercises**.

**What we value**

You have:

- Ideally, 3 years of experience in data management, catalog maintenance, or software engineering.
- Good abilities to understand newly presented information and new technologies Project management skills, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Interest in finance and commercial aspects, with a project management certification as a plus.
- Experience with data warehousing and tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (French is an asset).

- Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously in a structured manner.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills including presentation of ideas.
- Willing to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time).
