**About our role**:
Our client operates at the forefront of the financial and insurance industry, providing innovative solutions to millions of customers worldwide. Renowned for their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a talented User Interface Designer to join their dynamic Digital Team. As a global industry leader, our client fosters a collaborative environment where creativity and expertise converge to shape the future of digital experiences.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating our client's strategic objectives and business requirements into visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. Your role involves enriching the Design System to ensure a seamless digital experience across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, articulating design choices, and ensuring timely project deliveries. This opportunity is ideal for a creative and dynamic individual with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, proficiency in interaction design, and a deep understanding of accessibility standards.

**What you will be doing**:
Translate objectives, business requirements, and user insights into accessible, elegant, and usable interfaces.

Think analytically and assess the impact of UI design and usability changes, collaborating with the data analyst and insight team.

Enrich the Design System to ensure unified and cohesive experiences across all digital content platforms (Mobile & web).

Facilitate the timely delivery of UI team items, ensuring they meet scope and quality requirements.

Articulate design choices and communicate concepts and vision to business and technical stakeholders through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and written specifications.

**What you bring**:
Ambition to further develop your career in UI/UX design.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Past experience in the insurance industry is nice to have.

Your strengths include UI/UX design, interaction design, and accessibility standards knowledge.

Working experience with tools such as Adobe XD and Figma is essential.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills in bilingual NL/EN or FR/EN.
