Je krijgt een aantal scrum teams onder je hoede binnen een specifiek domein. Dat is bijvoorbeeld ons B2B-domein: de interne klant voor wie we end-to-end oplossingen bieden. Je stuurt deze teams niet inhoudelijk aan, maar zorgt ervoor dat ze vlot samenwerken volgens onze agile werkmethode.
Het resultaat? Incidenten raken vlot opgelost. Alles blijft up and running. We leveren software en nieuwe features zo efficiënt mogelijk op. Én behouden een positieve teamdynamiek.
Zo pas jij perfect in ons team- Je inspireert en coacht teams met uiteenlopende profielen. Je helpt hen om zichzelf steeds beter te organiseren en doelstellingen te behalen.- Je organiseert en faciliteert scrum ceremonies.- Samen met de Product Owner zorg je voor een backlog met de juiste prioriteiten.- Zijn er belemmeringen of inefficiënties? Jij merkt ze op en initieert de weg naar een oplossing.- Je stimuleert kennisdeling en verankert kennis binnen (en tussen) de teams van je eigen domein.- Je werkt nauw samen met de Domain IT Lead, die de teams inhoudelijk aanstuurt, en de People Lead, die verantwoordelijk is voor people management.
