**Antwerp**:
Experienced Digital Marketeer, looking to grow start-ups, scale-ups & innovative SMEs by defining and managing digital marketing projects ? Interested in further building the Unikoo marketing team ? **Your challenge**:
As Digital Marketing (Project) Manager, you can use your expertise both at customers (start-ups, scale-ups & innovative companies) and Unikoo internally. You will work on a variety of projects such as setting up online marketing strategies, analysing existing ones, manage strategic marketing projects and cultivating a data-driven approach. You will also have the opportunity to further grow our offering and teams in Antwerp, Lummen and Ghent in a later phase.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

- Further grow (hire, coach and support) the marketing teams from an expertise, size and geographical perspective.
- Develop our digital marketing service offering to meet new evolutions in market, technology, etc. Cultivate our marketing automation expertise and data driven philosophy.
- Coach the performance team in setting up, monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns (e.g., via Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Ads) to transfer the performance of online campaigns to the customer in a structured way.
- Project management: follow-up of projects regarding proposed scope, budget and timing.
- Detecting opportunities within the market, pitching (including preparing quotations) and maintaining customer relationships.

- You have a master's degree (or equal through experience) and at least 6 to 8 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and analyzing the marketing needs of companies is a must. Affinity with scale-ups and innovation driven SME's is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with performance marketing (both technical setup, campaign management, analysis & optimization, and reporting) in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio & Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience in branding and graphic design is a plus.
- You follow-up evolutions within the digital marketing landscape on a daily basis.
- You are a born project manager and planner.
- You like sharing knowledge, and you have a first experience in coaching others.
- You are analytical, structured, and like to take others to the next level.
- You have experience in an agency/consultancy environment.
