**Job Description**:
The Junior Associate is a contributor to the Investor Relations team, as well as to the wider Group Finance & Administration team, helping to ensure that the capital markets have a proper perception of Eurofins. In this role, you will be a regular contact point with not only external capital markets stakeholders (i.e. investors and analysts), but also with internal stakeholders, including senior management. In addition, you will also be involved in preparing ESG disclosures and engaging external ESG stakeholders, such as ESG ratings agencies, analysts and investors.

Due to the internal and external communication, the Junior Associate - Investor Relations role requires you to be polished and persuasive in terms of written and verbal communication skills. A solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as strong analytical skills, are also prerequisites for the role. We are also looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, but is also able to work autonomously and propose their own solutions to challenges. Lastly, given the fluidity of the capital markets, you should feel comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast-moving environment.

The responsibilities and duties of the Junior Associate include:

- Managing Investor Relations conferences and road shows, investor tours, meetings and conference calls, including targeting, outreach, and relationship management, as well as contributing to the coordination and preparation of the AGM.
- Assisting in developing, crafting and controlling the quality of key messages, Q&As, publications, presentations and media used in the Investor Relations programme and senior management presentations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information related to Investor Relations.
- Preparing, publishing and distributing corporate communications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and proactively developing other key Investor Relations management tools, such as the Investor Relations contact database, consensus analysis, Eurofins’ financial model and peer group breakdown.
- Support the production of materials for financial results and reports, including the Annual Report.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Science, Business or Engineering Master’s degree

**Experience**: 1 year of experience in business consulting

**Languages**: Fluent English, both written and oral. Fluency in French is a plus

**Technical knowledge IT**: MS Office

**Excellent communication and/or sales skills**, enabling you to build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders

**Personal skills**: Able to build trust and credibility with external and internal stakeholders; highly structured and organised; strong attention to detail.
