Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een After Sales Coordinator (m/v/x).
Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Anderlecht en het betreft een voltijdse functie van mínimaal 1 maand. Onze klant is een internationale marktleider actief in consumentenelektronica.
De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als After Sales Coordinator (m/v/x) zijn:
- Beheer van inkomende telefoongesprekken van klanten met vragen of problemen met betrekking tot producten en services.
- Verstrekken van deskundig advies en oplossingen voor defecte bestellingen, waarbij klanten worden begeleid bij het oplossen van hun problemen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van bestellingen voor reserveonderdelen en accessoires voor klanten en retailers.
- Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke communicatie met klanten om eventuele problemen op te lossen en zorgen voor een positieve klantervaring.
- Zorgvuldige registratie en documentatie van alle communicatie en acties met betrekking tot after sales.
- Het bijhouden van gegevens en rapporten om de serviceprocessen te verbeteren en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Zorg voor een naadloze communicatie tussen ons reparatiecentrum en onze retailers om ervoor te zorgen dat defecte producten efficiënt worden afgehandeld en geretourneerd.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van After Sales Coordinator (m/v/x) zijn:
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Frans.
- Administratieve nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor detail.
- Klantgericht met een passie voor het oplossen van problemen.
- Bereidheid om technische kennis op te bouwen om effectief tweedelijns ondersteuning te bieden.
- Organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk te beheren.
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt.
