Have you recently started your career in Public Policy or Public Affairs and want to develop and grow within an international business?_
- This position requires one or two years of work experience in a Policy and/or Public Affairs environment._

If the answer is yes, come and join us in our Brussels office, you will be the third team member

What you’ll do

Based in Brussels within the Sky EU team, you will work directly on Policy and Public Affairs issues that impact the company’s business objectives. The role includes working on a multitude of policy developments, assisting with position drafting, outreach, trade association engagement, and government relations management.
- Leading on select policy files, political analysis and relevant engagement with policy makers and trade associations.
- Position drafting and key internal coordination work with business departments and national policy and public affairs teams.
- Manage Public Affairs activities and in-person events with high value stakeholders.
- Assist with communications and outreach strategy.
- Weekly reporting to management.
- Some travel may be required from time to time.

What you’ll bring
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Another European language would be desirable
- Degree(s) in politics, law, or other relevant qualification(s).
- Deep knowledge of and experience with EU institutions and policy making.
- Understanding or experience in policy areas linked to AI, Audiovisual, Media, Telecoms Advertising Tech and Sustainability sectors would be highly desirable
- Experience in management of high value stakeholders (government officials, company executives etc) and event organisation.
- Experience working with trade associations.
