- Als project manager binnen het Infrastructure Team sta je in voor:
- Het managen van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd.
- Binnen het pre-sales team van Cegeka bepaal je samen met de klant de scope en de impact van projecten met als doel een duidelijk beeld te krijgen van de wensen en de te behalen doelstellingen.
- Plannen van de initiële opzet van het project en opstellen van een projectplan (scope) en projectplanning (timing, allocatie van resources) met als doel het gewenste project te realiseren binnen de vooraf bepaalde timing, budget en doelstellingen.
- Bewaken van en rapporteren over alle aspecten van het project teneinde ervoor te zorgen dat het project voldoet aan de organisatorische vereisten, de methodologie en de kwaliteitsnormen. De Project Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de projectdoelen (op vlak van kwaliteit, budget en doorlooptijd).
- Direct aansturen van het projectteam (engineers) van Cegeka en bewaken en opvolgen van de project deliverables.
- Toezien op de motivatie en de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers die op het project worden ingezet met als doel te beantwoorden aan de criteria inzake service, kwaliteit en verwachte leveringstermijn door de klant.

- Je kan aantoonbare ervaring voorleggen wat betreft projecten binnen één van onze 3 practices: Hybrid Cloud - Security - Digitale werkplekken
- Je staat onze klanten te woord in het Nederlands/Engels, maar af en toe ook in het Frans.
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om met verschillende typen organisaties en mensen te communiceren.
- Ruime kennis en ervaring met het managen van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd.
- Je hanteert een pragmatische projectaanpak op basis van een bewezen projectmethodologie zoals Prince2, ITIL.
- Je hebt een goede algemene visie op infrastructurele projecten en adequate implementatiemethodes.
- Je beschikt over een helicopterview en hebt tevens oog voor detail.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en stuurt en motiveert het projectteam. Je hebt hiervoor uitgesproken leidinggevende capaciteiten.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het inplannen en optimaal benutten van de beschikbare resources.
- Door je vakkennis, sociale vaardigheden en flexibiliteit slaag je erin het vertrouwen van onze klanten te winnen.
