Job Summary

You interact with both internal stakeholders up to Excom level as well as with customers and prospects in a B2B context (including flying, training and maintenance operations). You are responsible for all tenders and commercial offers from A-Z, ensuring customers get qualitative, well documented, and timely responses to their enquiries.
You take a profound role in technical tender writing, supporting the commercial role and business unit management with writing skills on technical aspects of rotor wing operations.

Respons. & areas
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers/prospects as well as for internal stakeholders throughout the entire tender process (from prequalification to award).
- Create high standard offers and tender documents, by setting up a project management environment for the tenders, dividing the workload, establishing the structure of the offer and completing it by collecting generic info as well as tender-specific elements across the organization
- Follow up on incoming enquiries / requests in the mailbox as well as via tender platforms online
- Complete customer questionnaires to qualify as supplier and maintain this status
- Manage commercial relationships, tender and contract follow up (including amendments) in the CRM tool
- Create and maintain templates to ensure consistent and qualitative submissions
- Manage and update the commercial processes and procedures
- Inform the organization of commercial activities through structured and recurrent reporting
- Perform regular checks on the basis used for tenders as well as on the CRM inputs, ensuring an easy follow up for management and shareholders via accurate reporting
- Process technical information into coherent commercially attractive texts explaining customers coherently and accurately on the technical setup of the proposal. This in close relationship with the technical experts in other departments and the business unit management.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in working with European stakeholders or internationally is a plus. High levels of influencing and building relationships in a diverse culture
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Background in rotor wing aviation (Part 145, CAMO, Flight Operations ) or interest to gain such knowledge is a must

- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Professional use of MS office

- Experience with tender management and/or CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
