Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.

**Functiebeschrijving**

Als eAcademy Content Lead krijg je een sleutelrol bij de integratie van het Smals-leerportaal (eAcademy) in de business van Smals. Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor het contentbeheer van het eAcademy-leerplatform en de dagdagelijkse exploitatie ervan. Op die manier ondersteun je via technologie de kennisuitwisseling binnen de instellingen van de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg van België.

Je wordt binnen Smals Academy verantwoordelijk voor het content management van het eAcademy-leerplatform. Het afstemmen van het leeraanbod van eAcademy op het ICT-beleid, de gebruikte technologieën en methodologieën van Smals differentieert ons van commerciële leerplatformen. Je structureert en coördineert hiervoor het overleg met de business om te beslissen welke opleidingsmodules via het eAcademy-portaal worden aangeboden. Daarnaast voer je de nodige communicatie
- en marketingcampagnes binnen Smals om specifieke leermogelijkheden te promoten en aan de man te brengen. Doel van dit alles is het verrijken van de leerbiotoop binnen Smals voor een efficiënte en effectieve ontwikkeling van de kennis en kunde van meer dan 2000 competente medewerkers

Verder ondersteun je je collega’s van Smals Academy bij het onderhoud van het LMS-platform zoals het testen van nieuwe releases of nieuwe plugins en help je bij de opmaak van nieuwe opleidingsmodules. Je volgt de evoluties in het technische leerlandschap (trend watching) en ondersteunt het team bij het inschatten van de strategische impact hiervan op de toekomstige dienstverlening van Smals Academy.

Medewerkers contacteren je met specifieke vragen rond het gebruik van eAcademy. Je helpt hen niet alleen met het oplossen van eventuele problemen maar geeft bijvoorbeeld ook advies rond verschillende vormen van afstandsleren die ter beschikking staan, hoe je live-sessies via afstandsleren kan opzetten en opnemen om achteraf via het platform ter beschikking te stellen.

Je administreert live-groepsessies op afstand en begeleidt collega’s om ook zelf als ‘host’ van webinars op te treden. Je helpt bij het verwerken van opgenomen webinars en ondersteunt de integratie ervan binnen het eAcademy-platform met het oog op hergebruik. Verder ondersteun je jouw collega’s van eAcademy actief bij de ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van het leerplatform en heb je oog voor de belangen van de eindgebruiker bij eventuele keuzes die hierbij gemaakt moeten worden.

**Profiel**

Je behaalde een masterdiploma en hebt ervaring met het gebruik van een Learning Management System. Hands-on Moodle-ervaring is een sterke plus.

Je bent resultaatgericht en weet als geen ander te overtuigen, te inspireren en in beweging te zetten. Je communiceert vlot, bent diplomatisch en weet een vertrouwensrelatie uit te bouwen met stakeholders binnen de organisatie.

Je hebt een open geest, bent creatief en nieuwsgierig en kan zowel analytisch als conceptueel denken. Je bent vertrouwd met een ICT-ontwikkelomgeving en het bijhorend jargon en wordt gezien als een waardige gesprekspartner ter zake en een gedegen ‘problem solver’.

Je bent duidelijk een teamspeler maar je bent anderzijds ook niet bang om autonoom initiatief te nemen en zo opdrachten tot een goed einde te brengen. Je leert snel en streeft steeds naar een hoge graad van klantentevredenheid. Projectmatig werken heeft geen geheimen voor jou.

Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels.
