**Jouw takenpakket als Receptionist**:
- Je bereidt alle nodige administratie voor met betrekking tot de aankomst en het vertrek van alle gasten
- Je staat in voor uitstekende service aan de hotelgasten
- Je verwelkomt alle gasten en zorgt voor een professionele check-in en verstrekt correcte informatie met betrekking tot de services van het hotel
- Je bereidt facturen voor en regelt de betalingen bij check-out
- Je organiseert transport voor hotelgasten: taxi’s, hotelshuttle, etc
- Je behandelt klachten en schenkt voortdurend aandacht aan de behoeften van de gast
- Je neemt reserveringen aan, gaat om met annulaties en no-shows
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle cash handlings
- Je blijft up-to-date met huidige promoties en prijszettingen van het hotel om ten alle tijde gasten correcte informatie door te geven
- Je rapporteert alle technische fouten aan de afdeling Technische Dienst
- Je zorgt voor de afhandeling van alle taken die op de dagelijkse checklist staan
- Je gaat op een discrete manier om met informatie
- Je bent opmerkzaam voor inkomende en uitgaande gasten
- Je rapporteert vreemd gedrag van walk-ins en gasten aan de leidinggevende of management
- Je fungeert als een eerste contact voor gasten en hulpdiensten in geval van nood
**Wat is jouw profiel?**
- Wij zoeken een gastvrije en positief ingestelde medewerker met passie voor hospitality.
- Teamplayer, stressbestendigheid en geen nine-to-five ingesteldheid zijn van belang.
- Goede communicatieskills en taalvaardigheid (NL - FR - ENG) zijn noodzakelijk.
- Ervaring is een pluspunt
- Deeltijds contract: 4/5 bespreekbaar
