As part of our growth strategy, we are currently looking for new ambitious talent to reinforce our cross functional teams and enable Robovision to further accelerate in changing the world of technology.
**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with product owners to understand, evaluate and define functional and non-functional requirements for new features
- Evangelize and document the current and future architecture of the software within and outside of the organization
- Collaborate on, challenge and approve designs for new features
- Take responsibility in different aspects of development like appropriate technology, workflow and coding standards
- Ensure architectural alignment with industry best practice and standards
- Communicate all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers throughout the development cycle
- Evaluate new technologies and tools on relevant criteria, both by literature study and POCs
**Who are you?**
- Living and working in Belgium.
- You hold a Master's degree, and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant position.
- You are passionate about delivering continuous quality
- Although you are in technical position, you think customer-centric
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- You have a 360-degree view and experience with SDLC from design to deployment
- You are fluent in English, knowing Dutch is a plus.
- You are critical of your own and others’ code.
- You have a wide experience in developing software in various languages and frameworks. Our current stack consists of Python, Kubernetes, Rust...
- Understanding of quality assurance principles, risk management and security in software
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Great communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
