**Vacature omschrijving**:
**De afdeling Store Development bij Retail Partners Colruyt Group ondersteunt zelfstandige Spar-uitbaters bij bouwkundige projecten (nieuwbouw, uitbreiding, remodeling). **Als buyer zorg jij steeds voor goed onderhandelde raamcontracten bij onze leveranciers. Dé job voor een aankoper op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging**

**Jouw takenpakket als Buyer Store Development**:

- Je sluit **raamakkoorden met leveranciers** van allerhande materialen, machines, toestellen en diensten. Je gaat daarbij steeds voor de beste kwaliteit en service voor de scherpste prijs.
- Je **onderhoudt goede relaties met de leveranciers** en businesspartners maar **evalueert hen ook **regelmatig. Merk je onregelmatigheden, dan ga je het gesprek aan met de leverancier.
- Je bent het **aanspreekpunt voor zowel de leveranciers als je interne partners** zoals onze bouwcoördinatoren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de juiste informatie heeft. Daarnaast ben je ook het aanspreekpunt voor **Spar International** voor alles wat aankopen betreft.
- Je **zoekt en ontwikkelt synergiën** tussen Store Development en de buyers van de technische dienst van Colruyt Group. Je bent daarom regelmatig op onze kantoren in Halle om je netwerk op te bouwen.
- Je beheert de** investeringskost per m².**:

- Je gaat **op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers** die oplossingen kunnen bieden voor onze activiteiten.
- Je volgt de afspraken met leveranciers op door regelmatig **werven te bezoeken.**:

- Je **volgt de evoluties op de markt** op en past op basis van je inzichten onze processen aan of je ontwikkelt er nieuwe.

Je werkt in onze kantoren in Mechelen-Zuid en kunt tot 2 dagen per week thuiswerken.

**Profiel**:

- **Ervaring** - Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs en een eerste ervaring in aankoop. Je hebt affiniteit met of interesse in de bouwsector.
- ** Analytisch vermogen** - Je bent analytisch en kan diverse informatie verwerken zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Je weet cijfers correct te interpreteren.
- ** Netwerker **- Je legt makkelijk nieuwe contacten en bent een geboren onderhandelaar. Zo bekom jij de beste contracten.
- ** Flexibel** - Op piekmomenten kan de werkdruk hoog liggen met verschillende deadlines. Je bent flexibel om je prioriteiten aan te passen zodat deadlines gehaald worden.
- **Doelgericht - **Je bent assertief en gaat recht op je doel af. Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen, rekening houdend met teamafspraken.
- **Talenkennis - **Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Zo kun je met al je collega’s, partners en stakeholders communiceren.
