Outbound Assistant

**utbound assistant** you will be
**supporting the logistic operations,** issuing the shipments documents and t
**rack the whole process until the delivery to the customer.**
Your responsibilities:

- You are **the customer focal point for logistics issues**, supporting in all needs related logistics shipments
- You are responsible for the **shipment documents **issuing, respecting the customer requirements
- You are able to coordinate the physical shipment with the operators
- You are** in charge of tracking the process until delivery** and reporting the documents to the Finance department
- You are able to organize the shipment documents and keeping the organization physically and in the system
- You have worked **1 year in a logistic environment**:

- You can speak Advanced **English**:

- Soft skills that you have are: organization, eager to learn, drive for results, **customer focus**:

- SAP skills are a big plus
- You can use basic MS Office

You work in fixed first shift: 6u30-14u30.
- **Full-time position**, starting on an interim basis
- You work **fulltime**, from **6h30-14h30**:

- Wage**:17.3571 euro** bruto per hour, meal vouchers
