We zijn op zoek naar HR Consultant voor een dynamisch team dat bezig is met de rekrutering van verschillende profielen een prestigieuze klant van Start People.
Als sleutelfiguur in ons team ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het rekruteringsproces, met de bedoeling aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen.
Ben je gemotiveerd, flexibel en heb je uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden, dan is dit de kans voor jou
- Organiseren en uitvoeren van infosessies (face-to-face/virtueel) voor de werving van verschillende profielen voor onze klant.
- De wervingsagenda plannen, rekening houdend met de specifieke behoeften van de klant.
- Sorteerders en postbodes aanwerven in overeenstemming met de vereisten van de klant.
- Volledige administratieve opvolging van de kandidatendossiers, waarbij je nauwkeurig en gedetailleerd te werk gaat.
- Proactief reageren op behoeften van klanten.
- Plannen en coördineren van gerekruteerde medewerkers bij de klant, in samenwerking met het planningsteam.
- Nauw samenwerken met het planningsteam om effectief te kunnen inspelen op veranderende behoeften van de klant.

- Gemotiveerd en flexibel wat betreft locatie en werktijden.
- Uitstekende professionele communicatievaardigheden.
- Stressbestendigheid in een dynamische omgeving.
- Efficiënte organisatie en beheer van meerdere taken.
- Veelzijdigheid, reactievermogen en grondigheid bij het uitvoeren van verantwoordelijkheden en administratieve follow-up.
- Vertrouwd zijn met basiscomputerprogramma's (Excel, Word, enz.).
- Kennis van specifieke HR-software is een pluspunt.
- Eerste ervaring als consultant is een voordeel.
- Een definitief rijbewijs B is een must.
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands
