Local Unit & Position Description:
Do you want to use your excellent coordination and quality administrative skills at a company known for quality, innovation, and integrity?
As our new scheme administrator, you will help DNV Belgium to maintain our reputation as a trusted certification partner.
Punctual, an eye for details and proactive, you are a team player who can also work independently. Together with the team of scheme administrators you will coordinate the examination and certification process of personal certification.
As a
**Scheme Administrator**, you will support us in handling our certification projects. You will issue certificates while assuring to comply to the scheme regulations, ISO-standards, and our internal quality manual.
In return, you will work with, a team of scheme administrators, our subcontractors and scheme manager, using your expertise in collaboration with experienced DNV colleagues from various disciplines.
Position Qualifications:
- Flemish speaking (living in Belgium or the Netherlands)
- Punctual and systematic / Eye for detail
- Communicative
- Focus on customers
- Representative
- Integrity
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams etc).
