E5 speelt een hoofdrol in de Belgische fashion retail. Sinds 2021 wordt er een nieuw verhaal geschreven met nieuwe (familiale) eigenaars, een solide financiële basis en een passie voor het métier. De resultaten hiervan zijn vandaag al goed zichtbaar én voelbaar. Om dit nieuwe verhaal verder vorm te geven zijn we op zoek naar een CRM Marketeer.

**What's in a name**
- Je analyseert, evalueert en optimaliseert bestaande en nieuwe CRM flows vanuit ons Marketing automation - systeem. Je hebt een A/B testing mindset.
- Je stelt rapportages op met aanbevelingen tot verhogen van de performance van campagnes op basis van data.
- Jouw belangrijkste doelstellingen: recruteren van nieuwe klanten, churn van bestaande klanten verlagen, 'engagement' en ROI van klanten verhogen, 'customer lifetime value' maximaliseren.

**Profil**:

- Je hebt een bachelor of master opleiding Communicatie, Marketing of gelijkaardig.
- Je bent een digital native en hebt een eerste ervaring in marketing automation.
- Je bent georganiseerd en coördineert jouw projecten op een doeltreffende en pragmatische manier maar durft hierbij ook out-of the box denken.
- Je voelt je thuis in een commerciële omgeving: je werkt graag met deadlines, bent stressbestendig en vindt een oplossing voor elk (technisch) probleem.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, excell kent geen geheimen.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in enkele van de volgende tools: Adobe Campaign en Adobe/Google Analytics alsook UTM tagging.
- Affiniteit met retail en/of ervaring binnen de modesector is mooi meegenomen.
- Kennis van HTML/CSS waardoor je formats kan vormgeven a.d.h.v. codering is mooi meegenomen.
