**Job omschrijving**:
Een Leading World Class organisatie gelegen in de Antwerpse haven met een high tech IT-omgeving waarin dagelijks naar een nog hogere performantie wordt gestreefd. Ze zijn dé sleutelpositie voor binnenschepen, zeereuzen, spoorverkeer en vrachtwagens. Voor hen gaan wij vandaag op zoek naar een Chief Information & Innovation Officer. Je werkt zowel on-site als remote. Het gebruik van de Liefkenshoektunnel wordt vergoed
**Functieomschrijving**:
Voor deze functie sta je aan het hoofd van het IT-team. Als CIIO neem je de leiding over een gedreven team van 15 personen, verdeeld over 4 afdelingen. Je bent de sleutelfiguur in strategische IT & innovatie beslissingen Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn voornamelijk strategisch en people gericht:
- Je coördineert de dagdagelijkse operationele werking van het team. Daarnaast manage je ook tal van externe partijen die bijdragen aan een performante werking van het IT-landschap;
- Je werkt de lange termijndoelstellingen en -planning uit voor het IT-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze in lijn zijn met de globale organisatiestrategie;
- Je bewaart een goed overzicht over de nieuwste technologietrends en bekijkt of deze waardevol kunnen zijn voor de organisatie;
- Je hebt de financiële en budgettaire eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het IT & innovatie departement;
- Je bent lid van het directiecomité en brengt een heldere kijk op mogelijke IT-vernieuwingen en automatisaties.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelorsdiploma en/of hebt 5-10 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie;
- De logistieke, industriële of maritieme sector is je niet onbekend;
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt een grote business affiniteit;
- Je bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over sterke analyse en synthesecapaciteiten;
- Je bent een natuurlijke leider die een team kan aansturen en motiveren;
- Ervaring met Change Management is een sterke plus;
- Je beheerst vlot het Nederlands en Engels.
