**Functieomschrijving**
Als Junior Fleet Officer bij Gumption ben jij de spil in het beheer van onze moderne bedrijfsvoertuigen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en onze medewerkers zonder zorgen de weg op kunnen. Een feilloze administratie is jouw tweede natuur.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Het beheren van onze volledig elektrische vloot (+ 400 wagens).
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en tovert met je proactieve benadering een glimlach op elk gezicht.
- De fleet mailbox beheren en ervoor zorgen dat elke vraag snel en effectief wordt beantwoord.
- Onderhoud, reparaties, laadpaalinfrastructuur en verzekeringen van voertuigen coördineren.
- Samenwerken met interne en externe partners om de efficiëntie van onze vloot te optimaliseren.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt een ongeëvenaarde passie voor fleet.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak. Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen.
- Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA en je weet altijd de juiste snaar te raken.
- Je bent administratief sterk en weet orde te scheppen in elke chaos.
- Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en denkt altijd twee stappen vooruit.
- Flexibiliteit en creativiteit zijn jouw geheime wapens tegen stressvolle situaties.
