**Functieomschrijving**
Als administratief medewerker Credit Control & Analyse ben je samen met je collega's in het Credit Control Team verantwoordelijk voor het screenen, monitoren en adviseren op het te nemen business risico verdeeld over de pijlers kredietverzekering, Top Up verzekering en own risk. Dit alles binnen de richtlijnen van de TD SYNNEX Policy. Je bent klantgericht, accuraat, doortastend en communicatief vaardig.
**En daarnaast**:
- Hou je Insurance standaard aanvragen up to date ;
- Sta je in voor de creatie van klanten in SAP;
- Pas je limieten aan in het systeem;
- Bepaal je de kredietlimiet van de klant aan de hand van opgelegde procedures (i.s.m. kredietverzekeraar);
- Rapporteer je aan de Finance Manager Credit Control over late betalers, kredietlimietproblemen bij kritische klanten en betalingscondities;
- Werk je nauw samen met sales en post sales ter verhoging van de klantentevredenheid maar ook ter bevordering van cash collection;
- Blokkeer en deblokkeer je klanten volgens opgelegde procedures en afhankelijk van het profiel van de klant;
- Bespreek je facturen met sales en post sales en escaleer je waar nodig;
- Werk je graag in excel voor het up to date houden van relevante data
**Jij**:
- Hebt een bachelor denkniveau;
- Hebt een boekhoudkundige opleiding en bent goed in staat om een balans te lezen;
- Bent goed zeer goed thuis in MS Excel ; kennis van Tableau en van SAP is een grote troef;
- Bent klantgericht en communicatief vaardig;
- Bent accuraat en punctueel;
- Je bent stressbestendig en werkt graag in team;
