We are looking for a
**Sales Support Specialist (M/F/X)** dedicated to our P&G project.
- Type of contract : Full time fixed contract (38h/week) - Monday to Friday
- Starting date : As soon as possible
- Location : Tollaan 95 - 1932 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe

Functions:
As Sales Support Specialist (M/F/X) you will act as key role between our Project Managers, the Field teams (Merchandisers & Sales Representatives) and P&G-partners.

Your specific roles will be to:

- Set-up and implement all different projects in our CRM system and content sharing platform (configuration new promo actions, maintenance of product & store database, posting of orderforms, assortment lists, priorities,).
- Lead a team of flex merchandisers by ensuring a weekly complete planning, by providing them routings and by checking the good installation of promotion materials in store.
- Ensure that field teams have the necessary tools and materials on time (POSM, free goods, coupons,) by proceeding new orders and by staying in close contact with the logistics partners.
- Being a real team player and support all Field Teams in all possible situations. Guarantee a constant optimization of field operation and delivery flows.
- Be responsible for the weekly follow-up and update of the KPI’s & Field Performance trackers
- Participate to the monthly Field Team Meeting’s and organize all incentives/Team Buildings.

Profil & Conditions:

- You have graduated in marketing, sales, business or administration.
- You have good communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
- You are people & customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to multitask, adapt, meet deadlines and work as efficiently as possible.
- You can think 'out of the box' and you are not afraid to give recommendations (initiative - pro-activity - problem solving).
