**Your mission**:
We are seeking an AI Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data team, you will participate in **exciting projects related to data management and optimization of decision-making through the implementation of AI solutions**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse strategic **client data management practices** and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Engage with various business stakeholders to understand strategic issues and define priorities for data management together.
- Model and implement **impactful solutions** to optimize strategic, tactical, and operational activities.
- Collect, analyse, clean and preprocess data from various sources.
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- ** Perform data profiling and generate reports** to support business decisions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
- Document data pipelines, processes, and methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to advice our customers on their technical choices.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Data Management or IT or Business Economics** with a passion for data management.
- Minimum **5 years’ experience** in a AI analyst role.
- Experience in managing projects related to Data Governance, Data Management and Data Quality.
- Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following technical concepts:

- Data Vault
- Ms Fabrik
- Azure
- Data Briks
- Snowflakes
- Excellent **analytical mindset** combined with a strong interest in IT data processing issues.
- Strong team player with ability to bridge between business and technical teams.
- Capacity to **manage projects autonomously** through the following competencies:

- Organization
- Structure
- Focus: result-oriented
- Curiosity & technological monitoring
- Ownership: taking responsibility
- Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
