Your main areas of responsibility will be varied with the main focus being on optimizing the selling, controlling the costs and maximizing the profit in a geographical area of 20-30 stores. It’s a dynamic and broad role within our business, where every day will present a different challenge and learning experience. Your work will be organized between office work (Brussels) and store visits across the South of Belgium and Luxembourg on a regular base.
**Job Description**:
Your five key focuses will be:
- Results Analysis and P&L Follow Up: Perform monthly Profit & Loss analysis focusing on Sales, Salaries, Other Costs and Profit development compared to budget and last year. You determine actions to improve the results with Area Team and Stores.
- Goal Setting: Set action plans in line with country goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Follow-up commercial KPI’s (visitors, converted purchase, conversion rate, average purchase, pcs/receipt, price/pcs). Identify commercial opportunities with the Area team.
- Budgeting and Staff Planning: Budget Sales, Hours and Salaries for all stores in your area and in line with the country goals
- Merchandise: Allocations and Commerciality Together with Merchandising and Store Management review concept selling performance and ensure right stock levels and garment availability to maximize selling and limit reduction cost.
- Store Logistics: ensuring an efficient Garment Flow in store.

**We are looking for someone with**:
- Strong analytical & communication skills - You transform analysis into actions
- A deep interest in customer service.
- An experience in the retail/ sales sector.
- An entrepreneur spirit and a motivation to constantly improve and achieve your goals.
- Leadership experience and leadership qualities.
**Practical requirements**:
- Language skills: fluent in English and French (spoken & written), Dutch is an asset.
- IT skills: MS Office / Proficient in Excel / Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
- Open for frequent travelling in BE/LU.
- You will work within an area team composed of an Area HR and an Area Visual Merchandiser and you will report to the Area Manager and the Central Controller.
