Functieomschrijving
Met je enthousiasme en commerciële spirit help je de klanten in onze winkel aan het eilandje in Antwerpen om de voor hen juiste wijn uit te kiezen.
Klanten te woord staan, offertes opmaken, bestellingen plaatsen, maar ook de stock op orde houden, leveringen aannemen, cadeaupakketten samenstellen en soms uitleveren zijn dingen die je met plezier en gedrevenheid doet.
Uitgebreide wijnkennis is geen must, maar interesse mag zeker niet ontbreken, alsook het eventueel open staan om bijkomende opleidingen te volgen.
Profiel
Dynamisch, gedreven, enthousiast, sociaalvaardig, met een gezonde commerciële flair en uiteraard interesse in wijn.

Voorwaarden controleren (leveringstermijnen, verpakkingswijze,...)
De klant of de verkoper erover inlichten
- Klanten of leveranciers opvolgen
Oplossingen voorstellen in geval van problemen (levering, garantie, reglement,...)
