**Your workplace**:
Our client is a leading player within medical/pharmaceutical industry. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring that they run smoothly.

**Function**:

- Leading a team of production workers and coordinating their activities
- Ensuring compliance with production planning and quality standards
- Maintain production equipment and coordinate maintenance activities
- Identify and resolve production problems and implement improvements
- Collect and analyze production data to measure and improve performance
- Train and supervise new employees and promote a positive work culture

**Your profile**:

- You preferably have a Master’s degree in bio/industrial engineering or you can present demonstrable experience as a production manager.
- You will have the opportunity to work early, late and night shifts to experience the entire production process.
- You are flexible to work in a 2 shift system
