Do you want to take part in the development of the car of tomorrow? The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge. Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products. As an administrator you bring administrative support to the Buyers in the frame of commercial relationships between Toyota and the suppliers located all over Europe.
**Responsibilities**:
- You are working in the purchasing division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the buyers with all administrative activities.
- You provide administrative support to the buyers & to the management for business planning requests. (part, sourcing abolishment, buyer code changes, registration of supplier code, plant code, bank account number)
- You practically implement purchasing decisions (e.g. sourcing, pricing) through Toyota systems in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with purchasing procedures.
- You provide information to suppliers and collect data from suppliers in due time (e.g. prices, survey replies etc.)
- You perform section KPI monitor and follow up and gather replies and status from our suppliers, buyers & visualize the status.
- You support buyers (pricing and tooling authorisation standard files preparation, Part by part preparation)
- You communicate with responsible members (internal / external) to remind pending actions.
- You organise meetings and travels.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 2 years experience in administration and management support.
- Highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability.
- Communication skills, contact with suppliers, dynamism.
- Business understanding and affinity with automotive products is an asset.
- A rigorous and self-disciplined person is needed.
- Fluent in English.
